Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of goldstrategics.com (the "Site") and the website design, setup, hosting, and management services offered by Gold Strategics ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

Our services

We build websites for small businesses using prebuilt themes customized with your business information, and we offer the following service tiers:

• Essentials plan ($115 per month, plus a one time website build fee starting at $50): we design your website customized to your branding, host your website, hold your domain on your behalf, provide SEO optimization and intake forms, include twelve standard website sections and 2 fully custom content blocks, and make wording and content edits on request via ticket. The build fee varies by business type, generally between $50 and $95, and is quoted through the website builder at goldstrategics.com/build before any commitment.
• Full Care plan ($250 per month, website build fee waived): everything in Essentials, plus priority speed on content updates, monthly SEO updates, 3 fully custom content blocks, and a free lead generation website, meaning a second focused website built to capture additional searches and direct those leads to your business.
• AI Chatbot add-on ($70, one time): a chatbot added to your website, trained on your business information and frequently asked questions. When it cannot answer a question, it collects the visitor's email address and sends the conversation to your business email.
• Visitor Tracking + Dashboard add-on ($20 per month): first party visitor tracking on your website with a private, password protected dashboard showing visit counts, top pages, traffic sources, new versus returning visitors, and device breakdown. This add-on may be added or removed at any time; when removed, billing stops at the end of the current billing period and dashboard access ends.
• Optional website sections and add-on tools: additional sections (for example a before and after slider, an instant estimator, or a filterable menu) and add-on tools (for example a blog, a self-updating gallery, a review page, a promo banner control, a schedule manager, or an appointment manager) are priced individually, as one time fees or monthly fees, at the prices shown in the website builder at goldstrategics.com/build at the time of purchase. Monthly add-ons may be added or removed at any time; when removed, billing stops at the end of the current billing period and the related feature or access ends.
• Promotional rates (limited availability): promotional codes offered by Gold Strategics, such as founding or early client rates, replace the standard plan pricing and build fee as described at the time of the offer. Optional add-on tools remain at standard pricing under any promotional rate. Where a promotional rate is governed by a separate written agreement, that agreement controls where the two differ.
• Founders Package ($70 per month, limited availability): a discounted managed plan offered to a limited number of founding clients under a separate written agreement, with its own terms controlling where they differ from these.

One time setup and handoff arrangements, where you own the domain, hosting, and website files outright, remain available on request and are quoted individually.

Small setup fee credits may be offered during the quote process, for example for providing your current website or competitor information for research. Credits apply to the one time build fee only, never below zero, and do not apply to promotional rates.

Prices are current as of the date at the top of this page and may change. Any price change for an active managed plan will be communicated to you in advance.

The 72 hour timeline

Our standard delivery target is a live website within 72 hours of receiving your completed onboarding information and payment. This timeline depends on you providing complete and accurate business information. Delays in receiving your information, revision requests, domain transfer processes outside our control, or third party outages may extend delivery. The 72 hour target is a good faith commitment, not a contractual guarantee, and missing it does not entitle you to a refund by itself.

Payment

Payment is due before work begins, via the secure payment link we send you. Managed plans bill monthly. If a monthly payment fails and is not resolved within a reasonable period after notice, we may suspend the website until payment is brought current.

Revisions and acceptance

Before launch, we show you the completed website and make reasonable revisions within the scope of the theme you selected. Requests that substantially exceed the original scope, such as custom functionality not included in any theme, may be quoted separately. Once you approve the site for launch, the build is considered accepted.

Domains and ownership

One time setups: you own your domain, hosting, and website outright once handoff is complete.

Add-ons: the AI Chatbot is a one time purchase and remains on your website while a managed plan is active. The Visitor Tracking + Dashboard add-on is billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time; visitor data collected while the add-on is active is stored on your website's hosting, is not sold or shared with third parties, and can be deleted on request when the add-on is removed.

Managed plans: we host the website and hold the domain on your behalf while your plan is active. If you cancel a managed plan, your domain will be released and transferred to you for a flat $20 transfer fee. You will never be denied the release of your own domain. Website files built under a managed plan are licensed to you for the duration of the plan; if you want a full handoff of the site files after cancellation, we will provide a reasonable transition option.

Intellectual property

The underlying themes, designs, code structures, and processes we use remain our property, and we may reuse them for other clients. The content you provide (your business name, logo, text, and photos) remains yours, and you grant us a license to use it to build and operate your website. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you provide.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, lawful information about your business
• Only submit content you have the right to use
• Do not use our services for anything unlawful, deceptive, or infringing
• Keep your contact information current so we can reach you about your service

Cancellation

Managed plans are month to month with no long term contract. You may cancel at any time at no fee by emailing us at least 5 business days before your next billing date; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial month refunds are issued. Monthly add-ons follow the same notice and take effect the same way. One time fees, including the website build fee and the AI Chatbot add-on, are non-refundable once work has begun.

Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is." While we build every site with search optimization in mind, we do not and cannot guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels, or business results. We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by third party providers such as hosting companies, domain registrars, or form processors.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
